Totem Diner is pleased to offer BBQ Catering for large or small parties! We specialize in ‘Low & Slow’ smoked meats, homemade sides, deli sandwiches and of course… desserts! Our catering service is perfect for lunch or dinner. Contact us today to discuss catering for your event!

Low and Slow Smoked Ribs

We offer Baby Back or Spare Ribs, which we slow smoke in our smoker, rub with our award-winning rub and finish with a light BBQ sauce. We also offer several homemade sides to make your rib dinner a spectacular experience.

Low and Slow smoked Beef Brisket

Our award winning Brisket starts with our competition rub and is smoked low and slow until it melts in your mouth. No BBQ sauce needed! Our Brisket can be served as a dinner or on bun, with coleslaw in a sandwich or hoagie style.

Pulled Pork

This is a Pork Butt that we smoke low and slow for several hours, rub with our award-winning rub and pull and season – ready to serve. It will melt in your mouth. You can serve this with coleslaw in a sandwich or hoagie style.

Smoked Chicken – Whole, Halves or Quartered

Our Smoked Chickens are rubbed with our competition chicken rub and then smoked to a juicy perfection. A simple guilt free [low salt] pleasure, no BBQ sauce needed!

Smoked Turkey (seasonal)

Before we smoke our Turkeys whole, we brine them in a holiday brine to add extra flavor. Creating a more succulent turkey than deep-frying or roasting!

French Dip Sandwiches

Our monstrous French Dip Sandwiches are piled high with our homemade whole roast beef that we rub, and cook low and slow. Accompanied this with our homemade Au jus.

Cold Meatloaf or Deli Sandwiches

Our Homemade Meatloaf is made from a real old family recipe. Meatloaf sandwiches are good alone, or as a variety tray of real baked chicken, roast beef and ham.

We can make almost any pie, with one weeks notice!

Ordering: Whole Pies require 7 days advance notice. Holiday pie orders must be placed by the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving. More than 10 pies require a 14 day notice.
